{"id":2078,"date":"2023-11-26T19:06:14","date_gmt":"2023-11-26T19:06:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/daralshefa.com.sa\/medical_and_support\/%d9%85%d8%b1%d8%a7%d9%82%d8%a8%d8%a9-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b5%d8%ad%d8%a9-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b9%d8%a7%d9%85%d8%a9\/"},"modified":"2024-07-29T10:07:08","modified_gmt":"2024-07-29T10:07:08","slug":"public-health-surveillance","status":"publish","type":"medical_and_support","link":"https:\/\/daralshefa.com.sa\/en\/medical_and_support\/public-health-surveillance\/","title":{"rendered":"Public health surveillance"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_medium\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_grid cols_1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Public Health Department<\/p>\n<p>The Public Health Department follows and implements work policies related to infection control and hygiene in relation to public health and adheres to them, reports epidemic diseases to the Ministry of Health, prepares the necessary statistics, sends and follows up on the results of samples from suspected cases, registers vaccinations for newborns in the Hisn program at the Ministry of Health, zero reports on epidemic diseases, sends daily and weekly reports on the number of patients, isolation rooms and medical needs in the hospital to the Ministry of Health, supervises disinfection and cleaning work in the hospital and supervises the morgue in order to maintain public health and hygiene standards in the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The Public Health Department does the following:-<\/p>\n<p>Follows and implements the hospital&#8217;s work policy for the department and adheres to it.<br \/>\nReports epidemic diseases to the Ministry of Health and prepares the necessary statistics.<br \/>\nSends and follows up on the results of samples from suspected cases.<br \/>\nRegistering newborn vaccinations in the Hosn program at the Ministry of Health<br \/>\nZero reporting of epidemic diseases.<br \/>\nSending daily and weekly reports on the number of patients, isolation rooms, and medical needs in the hospital to the Ministry of Health.<br \/>\nSupervising disinfection and cleaning work in the hospital.<br \/>\nSupervising the morgue and following up on deaths of Covid-19 cases and other epidemic diseases.<br \/>\nCoordination and follow-up with the medical waste disposal company.<br \/>\nCoordination and follow-up with the regular waste disposal company.<br \/>\nCoordination and follow-up with the pest control and disease vectors company.<br \/>\nCoordination with infection control and other departments related to public health.<br \/>\nTraining health cadres on public health activities (medical waste, epidemic disease control, etc.).<br \/>\nFood and beverage control in the hospital.<br \/>\nParticipation in disaster prevention, God forbid.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1541,"template":"","class_list":["post-2078","medical_and_support","type-medical_and_support","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
